Meat for the freezer! This item is a non-refundlable deposit to be applied to the final cost of a whole feeder pig. The final cost will be based on $5.00 per pound of the carcass weight. Carcass weight should be estimated at 160 to 175lbs. After placing a deposit, you will be able to log into your account and submit a cut-sheet for the butcher on your preferred selections. Note, there is a $70 processing fee, plus $1.15 per pound for vacuum packaging, plus additional charges for certain kinds of choices (cured ham, summer sausage, peppered bacon, etc). The final "all-in" cost can be estimated at ~$8 per pound.
